Expeditionary Air Services

Expeditionary Air & Logistics Services for Remote Industry And Government Support

Expeditionary Air Services provides civilian expeditionary logistics, aerial port, and airfield support services for austere, remote, and infrastructure-limited environments. We specialize in enabling airlift operations where permanent facilities, organic support, or established logistics networks are limited or unavailable.

Our focus is on disciplined, professional execution, emphasizing safety, interoperability, and discretion.

What We Do

We support expeditionary airlift and logistics missions through mobile, rapidly deployable civilian teams experienced in operating at unimproved or semi-prepared locations worldwide.

Capabilities include:

Mobile aerial port and cargo handling support

Forward airfield and ramp operations

Expeditionary ground logistics integration

Support to commercial, humanitarian, and partner organizations operating in austere environments

Built by experienced professionals, we provide rapid, reliable logistics and air support for remote industry environments

From energy and mining operations/ infrastructure, our team specializes in establishing capability where little or none exists — safely, efficiently, and without drama.

Services are tailored to mission requirements and delivered with an understanding of operational risk, tempo, and environmental constraints.

Operating Philosophy

Expeditionary Air Services is intentionally structured as a civilian organization. We operate independently while maintaining professional standards consistent with global aviation, logistics, and safety best practices.

Our approach prioritizes:

Practical, operator-driven solutions

Low-visibility, low-friction execution

Clear boundaries between public, commercial, and sensitive work

Long-term sustainability over short-term exposure

We believe that not all work benefits from publicity, and discretion is often a critical element of mission success.

Experience

Our veteran leadership brings decades of experience supporting government-directed diplomatic and humanitarian operations in coordination with international partners including UN agencies and NATO-aligned missions. Their background spans complex contingency environments across the Balkans, Iraq, Armenia, West Africa, and other regions, including support to peacekeeping and stabilization efforts. This experience reflects a history of disciplined, mission-focused execution in politically sensitive and operationally demanding environments.

Engagement

Expeditionary Air Services engages selectively and by alignment. Not all activities are public, and not all engagements are advertised.

Collaberation:

We welcome collaboration with fellow veteran-owned businesses as well as civilian companies operating in the aviation, government support, airlift, airdrop areas, fixed-wing and rotary-wing operators, logistics and disaster relief spaces. Our mission is built on partnership, shared expertise, and a commitment to delivering reliable, expeditionary solutions wherever they are needed. By working together with organizations that value professionalism, safety, and mission success, we strengthen our collective ability to support critical operations, humanitarian response, and complex logistical challenges around the world.

NEWS

Future Operational Personnel Registry

As we expand our expeditionary airlift and logistics capabilities, we are developing a vetted personnel registry to support future operational requirements. While we are not currently hiring, we are identifying experienced professionals for potential permanent and contractor roles as mission demand increases.

We are particularly interested in individuals with demonstrated experience in:

Former Mobile Aerial Port Squadron (MAPS) personnel (prior military service preferred for select positions)

Combat Control (CCT) or equivalent expeditionary airfield operations backgrounds

MHE (Material Handling Equipment) Operators

ATOC (Air Terminal Operations Center) Specialists

Heavy Equipment Mechanics

Airdrop Riggers / Aerial Delivery Specialists

Rotary-wing Sling Load Operations

UH-60 and CH-47 platform experience

Team Medic (prior military medic or expeditionary medical background preferred; Pararescue / PJ experience highly valued)

Operational assignments may involve travel to austere or disaster-affected environments in support of government-directed humanitarian, contingency, and disaster response operations. These roles require professionalism, resilience, discretion, and the ability to perform in demanding field conditions. This work is not for the faint of heart.

Prior military service is preferred for certain expeditionary roles. U.S. citizenship is preferred. Candidates must be able to obtain and pass a background check and comply with random drug screening requirements. The ability to obtain or maintain a security clearance may be required for some positions, and possession of a current passport with availability to deploy on short notice, are strongly encouraged.

Qualified individuals interested in being considered for future requirements may submit a resume and brief summary of experience to:

orfair@etcmail.com

All submissions will be maintained confidentially as part of our developing operational personnel cadre.
