Business-minded and contract-aware
Comfortable operating at the intersection of operations and executive decision-making
Calm, analytical, forward-thinking
Able to balance and complement a founder with strong operational intensity

Serve as executive counterbalance and strategic stabilizer to the Founder
Non-Negotiable Requirements
Prior military air operations experience (required)
Direct airlift or air mission planning experience (required)
Demonstrated leadership in high-tempo or contingency environments
Working knowledge of government contracting and/or commercial aviation structures
Strategic planning capability (3–5 year vision)
Willingness to build from zero in a startup environment
