Future Positions To Be Filled

COO

Seeking Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Expeditionary Air Services (EAS)

Founding Executive Position – Equity-Based

Executive Air Support (EAS) is seeking a mission-driven Chief Operating Officer to help architect and scale a specialized aviation enterprise supporting remote industry, austere logistics, and rapid disaster response operations.

This is not a placeholder executive role. This is a founding leadership position.

We are seeking a disciplined, strategically minded former military air operations professional who understands the realities of airlift, mission execution, and contingency environments — and who has evolved beyond the tactical level into business, contracting, and long-range operational strategy.

The Individual We Are Seeking

A former military air operations leader (mobility, airlift, AOC, contingency, or special operations background)

Deep experience in air mission planning and aircraft tasking

Proven performance in austere or expeditionary environments

Business-minded and contract-aware

Comfortable operating at the intersection of operations and executive decision-making

Calm, analytical, forward-thinking

Able to balance and complement a founder with strong operational intensity

This role requires someone who can see both the sortie and the five-year strategy.

Core Responsibilities

Architect and operationalize the end-to-end mission execution framework for fixed-wing airlift, austere field operations, and rapid disaster response deployments

Design and implement scalable operational structure from inception

Develop SOPs, safety frameworks, and mission coordination systems

Align operational capability with contracting strategy

Structure and manage integration with aircraft providers and operational partners

Serve as executive counterbalance and strategic stabilizer to the Founder

Non-Negotiable Requirements

Prior military air operations experience (required)

Direct airlift or air mission planning experience (required)

Demonstrated leadership in high-tempo or contingency environments

Working knowledge of government contracting and/or commercial aviation structures

Strategic planning capability (3–5 year vision)

Willingness to build from zero in a startup environment

Compensation Structure

Founding equity position

Deferred compensation until revenue generation

Remote operations initially

Long-term executive growth opportunity
